Barrier-free mindset

Creating innovation from diversity and inclusion.
We bring on business results by strengthening the organization and increasing competitiveness through a barrier-free mindset, which is the base for diversity and inclusion. This can be used as an introduction to our other programs.

Improving business performance.
We contribute to the creation of ideas and business visions by visualization. The training is held by our certified facilitator who has completed the LEGO®SERIOUS PLAY® method training.

It is the perfect experience to improve team performance at a diverse workplace. We use a self-development method established in Germany, where employees from every generation can participate equally.

Flower Arrangement

Bringing out perceptions and inspiration from familiar materials.
We promote smooth communication necessary for understanding diversity, and bring out new perceptions by constructionism work. No previous experience in flower arrangement is needed to participate in this program.

Product Development

Discovering new values for products and services while learning about Universal Design.
We create new values and possibilities for products and services from the perspective of Universal Design with a highly skilled facilitator, who has disabilities. We bring out the communication necessary for a conversation to increase diversity.

Research

Research

We conduct research for creating new types of Universal Design.

We are conducting research to create an inclusive society.
Achievements: 2016. Part of a research project about the implementation of the Cabinet Secretariat’s Olympics and Paralympics basic policy (a research for creating a society with Universal Design), we conducted research about the social influence of the Paralympic Games, and presented a proposal about barrier-free mindset education.
